More in: Season 2010

Carlisle Green Room Club first started in 1951 in a room above a café on Devonshire Street. It later moved to its current location, part of the Central Hotel. At that time the theatre was contained within two floors.

In 1979, after negotiations with the then owners, Greenall Whitley, the present auditorium was added on what is now the ground floor; the old theatre became the bar. . . (see the History page for more information)
